The blood orange juice was a tremendous treat. Un Kindest staff made me feel as if I was making friends, not just staying in a b&b. The hotel is a long block off the beach, and quiet. You do get chaise/umbrella on beach, but i was too busy looking at castles, roman ruins, city museum, and a 16th century library collection to swim or sun with the crowds. Also had the best gelato in town I've had in 5 weeks in Italy. The metro stop is an easy 5- block walk. Got off the locale train from Pesaro about as near. Immediately liked the town for the quality of the graffiti, which is a strong hint about safety in Italy, I have found. Loved that A/C had a dehumidify setting. I don't need it cold, just less muggy than the 70% it was the week i visited. Such good value! If I come back (and I've fallen in love with the Adriatic, so probably will) , I'll stay again. Set in a 17th-century building, Casa Masoli is only 450 metres from Basilica of Saint Vitale and Mausoleum of Galla Placidia’s Byzantine mosaics. Beautiful and historic property that is well maintained and renovated for modern day without loss of ambiance of past times. Our hostess and other staff are gracious and helpful. The location is ideal close to restaurants, historic buildings and not far from the train station.

Our stay at this hotel was perfect from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionists who were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. I was genuinely impressed by their generosity and high level of professionalism — it really set the tone for the entire stay. The breakfast was exceptional — a big variety of delicious options, everything fresh and so tasty. It was the perfect start to each day. Our room was spotless, new, and very comfortable with excellent noise cancellation. We slept so well! The location is also unbeatable — just a short walk to the beach and only about 10 minutes to Metromare. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the hotel even provides a recommendation list of great places to eat, which was super helpful. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we truly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed one night and everything was excellent. The staff spoke excellent English, which was a benefit for us as we were tired after a long journey from Canada’s west coast. The front desk manager was very helpful- he arranged the payment for our on-street parking spot (the hotel also has its own parking garage), and personally brought extra towels to our room and fixed a connection problem with the wi-fi as well. The restaurant dinner was good and the free breakfast selections were outstanding- the best we’ve ever found in Italy.
