From the moment we walked into Umitla 36 we knew we were in for something special. From service at the door, to attentive check-in, to the table treats- this place was very high-quality. This was a splurge for us but lived up to all our expectations. We were given an upgrade to a larger room which was a plus for our family. Breakfast was over-the-top with a huge array of fruits, cheeses, pastries, and more. Service couldn't have been more positive. We were given great suggestions for local restaurants as well as ones in Trastevere. Calling a cab or a driver to the airport was a snap thanks to the care and kindness of the front desk. Can we stay longer, please?

Loved this stay in Rome as it afforded a space of comfort, safety & belonging for us especially being far away from home in a busy city. Everything from the staff, the well-designed spaces and room were amazing and is one of our highlights of the trip. It may be considerably pricier, but we preferred to have a safe & comfortable stay and The Hoxton was 10/10 for it. The greatest touch for us is that the hotel welcomes you with a “quick guide” to the hotel and the city, very reasonable price for snack bar refills and coffee, and anything you need can be communicated through their WhatsApp channel in advance which is sweet. Also there is a lively bar, cafe and restaurant just at the lobby area where you can chill & relax anytime - a super bonus point.

I loved every single minute at this haven of tranquility in busy Trastevere. My room (18 if of interest) was so quiet and just what I needed for a restoring night's sleep. The breakfast served on the very special rooftop was very well sorted. All in all a fantastic stay. I shall be back!
