They sent my item to another country and generally they were extremely helpful and pleasant. As for the hotel itself, it differs from others by the exceptional location in the center of Milan combined with calmness - as soon as you enter the hotel everything feels very peaceful and quiet.

Definitely one of The best appartmant where I’ve been. Very big with 4 different bed rooms big living room and 2 bathrooms. Well located near Oceanografic museum and center of Valencia. Too you have metro 5 from aeroport close to The appartmant. Menagment of apartmant is open to answer to any question. Definitely 10 stars for everything.

I am sorry I cannot give more than 10! it is a hidden gem in the center of Rome and so close to to Roma Termini. High applause to the staff especially to Flo for giving beyond expectation service. I like that its a small hotel but has 24hours reception, the rooms have airconditioning units which are really important for us, very nice and clean rooms, safety of the place is excellent plus the overall neighborhood is safe full of restuarants from amercian breakfasts to our favorite vietnamese restsurant which are all walking distance and ofcourse near super authentic italian restuarants thanks to the recommendation of the staff! also a lot of attractions walking distance like the colloseum and trevi fountain! and also train station near so easy access to all! so so highly recommended! thank you sophie terrace hotel!!

Very helpful staff, beautiful, tidy and clean rooms, delicious food, everything we needed we got (steamer, laundry etc). Location is not that far 20 mins by walk, there’s silence in the night big plus. Very recommended!

Featuring a bar, Roma Central Guest House is a guest house set in a historic building in the centre of Rome, close to Santa Maria Maggiore. The rooms are incredibly clean. The location is very central and easy to find. The hosts were very helpful in every way. Very polite and friendly. They were always reachable via Whatsapp. Breakfast is served to your room when you wake up and request it. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable. You can easily get around by walking and public transportation.
