I left my personal belonging in a hotel and the stuff representatives reached out to me even before I figured out that something was missing. They sent my item to another country and generally they were extremely helpful and pleasant. As for the hotel itself, it differs from others by the exceptional location in the center of Milan combined with calmness - as soon as you enter the hotel everything feels very peaceful and quiet.

Matatagpuan wala pang 1 km mula sa Roma Trastevere Train Station, nag-aalok ang Numa Rome Verso ng accommodation na may balcony at libreng WiFi. Very good location. Nice and tidy place. Spotless.

Nagtatampok ng fitness center, restaurant pati na rin bar, ang Umiltà 36 ay matatagpuan sa gitna ng Roma, 4 minutong lakad mula sa Piazza Venezia. Umilta 36 has been a nice surprise. Excellent facility, in an excellent location, managed and handled by excellent people. Our expectations have been exceeded at almost all experiences. Customer focused reception and perfect concierge services are worth seperate mentions for sure.

I really would like to thank to Sara and her colleague (Sorry I forgot to ask his name) for their help, kindness and hospitality. It was an excellent experience for me and my wife. They helped us and supervised about visiting the city. Thanks a lot them.

Matatagpuan sa Roma, 2 minutong lakad mula sa Piazza Venezia, ang NH Collection Roma Fori Imperiali ay naglalaan ng accommodation na may mga libreng bisikleta, private parking, terrace, at restaurant.... It was our first time and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was very caring and helpful. They gave us a superior room with a view and the room was clean. The location is perfect, its super close to all monuments and city centre. Overall our experience with this hotel and staff was very nice.

Located in central Rome, Horti 14 Borgo Trastevere Hotel is just 10 minutes' walk from the heart of lively Trastevere. The 4-star hotel offers a garden and bar. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The design is stunning and so thoughtfully connected to the nearby botanical gardens. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Last but not least, though the turtles were sleeping through the winter, Luna, the adorable hotel cat, added such a charming and unique touch.

Matatagpuan sa Roma at maaabot ang Ottaviano Metro Station sa loob ng 4 minutong lakad, ang Eccelso Hotel ay naglalaan ng express check-in at check-out, mga allergy-free na kuwarto, shared lounge,... The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s near the sites yet it is not very crowded and noisy at night. Moreover, the staffs are all very friendly and they really offered a lot of help to me during the stay. It’s really kind of them to contact me through WhatsApp before my arrival and help me organised a pick up from the airport.
