Just like the photos, the room was clean, cozy and had all the necessities. More than enough towels were provided, single-use slippers, body wash, shapmoo, shower caps, little hard soaps for the hands. The bathroom was clean (no mould/rust), water pressure was good, our room even had a bidet! Good air-con, mini-fridge, kettle. Tasty breakfast. Staff was very welcoming. Great location (20min walk to Basilica di San Marco).

The staff were very good (especially Marco), the beds were comfortable, breakfast was nice. Swimming in the pool with the view of the castle was exceptional! would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again!

Perhaps only a small suitcase stand would be a nice addition, but it wasn’t an issue at all. The breakfast was delicious and diverse – a perfect start to each day. Overall, we feel we received much more than we paid for, in both service and experience. Thank you again for everything – we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Verona!
