Throughout our stay, he checked in to ensure we were comfortable, helped us with restaurant reservations,tour, shopping ,and even gave us tips for hidden local secrets . You could tell they genuinely cared about each guest’s experience. That level of service really set this hotel apart. We had a fantastic time at Riad Dar Timrad. After a long road trip through the desert, we received an incredibly warm welcome from the friendly and attentive staff. Everyone at the riad was genuinely kind and made us feel right at home. We were immediately taken by the beautiful interior; stylish, modern, and thoughtfully designed. We were also pleasantly surprised by the low price, especially considering the high-end facilities, which I haven’t seen in any other riad before: a jacuzzi, a modern private hammam, and a small pool. The owner was very helpful, offering excellent recommendations for restaurants and honest, trustworthy sellers of rugs and pottery. In short, I can wholeheartedly recommend this riad to everyone, and I’d love to return next time I’m in Fes.

This property is such a breath of fresh air, what an incredible feeling to arrive to a 14th century Palace and be welcomed by a team that makes you feel like family. We had the Layla Suite which overlooks the entire Medina, the terrace is absolutely fantastic, Jihane, Samira, Hayat and Abdul have outstanding service, they took care of preparing a surprise for my husband’s birthday and made us so happy, they even organized our day with a guide and offered us freshly squire Ed juice every time they saw us We ate twice at the restaurant and the food was out of the world, WOW what an experience Thank you for making us so happy We will be back every year
