The staff were accommodating by switching our room when I complained that the location of our room was not consistent with our booking request. After that, we were happy with the new location which wads quiet and had a great view. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. I also like the charging drawer for our devices and there was lots of storage.

We had a 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor (in the 4-storey 2nd tower) with an amazing view of the ocean. Everything was super clean, great quality construction materials, amazing bedding and we were completely blown-away by the outstanding quality and everybody's hospitality! We will come back for sure. David and Enrique were both very helpful when we were in a difficult situation, and Monica(dog) and two cats were very friendly. We hope to be back again!

It’s a beautiful little boutique hotel right on the main square. Lots of good restaurants and shopping all around. We loved the room and the pool and the grounds.

Situated in San José del Cabo, within 2 km of Hotelera Beach and 1.4 km of San Jose Estuary, Laiva Hotel San Jose by Tasman features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi... This new hidden gem of Cabo is an absolute outlier, there is no concept like it in the city and finally we have a well designed boutique hotel to come to every time we visit! The staff is great and rooftop pool was a nice surprise!

We stayed only one night as a family of five, but we would come back for longer if given the occasion. We didn't meet the host but they were friendly and helpful by messages. The place was really great, with a lot of spaces and all the amenities we could ask for. It was also really good value. 10/10 would recommend.
