The hotel has a beautiful setting right by the lagoon, with peaceful surroundings and views that make you slow down and relax. The reception and restaurant/bar staff were genuinely excellent — professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth made the stay feel personal and easy, and we really appreciated the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. The on-site restaurant offers great food and drinks in a lovely lakeside setting, perfect for watching the colors of Bacalar’s lagoon change through the day. A place that combines natural beauty with attentive service — highly recommended.

Casa Kobaab Tulum er staðsett í Tulum, í innan við 6,4 km fjarlægð frá Tulum-fornleifasvæðinu og 2,6 km frá Tulum-rútustöðinni. Boðið er upp á herbergi með loftkælingu og sérbaðherbergi í Tulum. Everything was perfect! From Ramone’s hospitality to the space, it truly felt like home :) everything was functional (shower, AC, Wi-Fi) - the place was very cosy and gave me the relaxation I needed. There is so many space inside a single unit, I loved the fact there was so much light!

Super friendly people are always ready to help you, we had pizza delivered to our room, and we didn't wait long, we definitely will visit again.

The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

We came here for our honeymoon. Everything here is so relaxing and a piece of heaven. The food is incredible, as well as the stuff. Everything we needed they helped us. Lucia and the other people serving our food as well. I really recommend the hotel at least one time because it’s truly an experience, especially coming with your loved one.

Kippal - Modern Oasis - ApartHotel er nýuppgert íbúðahótel í Cozumel, 2,6 km frá Caletita-ströndinni. Það státar af þaksundlaug og sjávarútsýni. Staff very accommodating to us and our group. beds were very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!
