The reception and restaurant/bar staff were genuinely excellent — professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth made the stay feel personal and easy, and we really appreciated the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. The on-site restaurant offers great food and drinks in a lovely lakeside setting, perfect for watching the colors of Bacalar’s lagoon change through the day. A place that combines natural beauty with attentive service — highly recommended.

Magical and cozy place. We had a spacious room with a balcony and a lovely view of the trees - so romantic! The guys who run the place truly became our friends. They are kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. On our very first day, they sent us a list of the most beautiful places along with their personal recommendations, which was incredibly helpful. Super tasty breakfast 😋 Renting bicycles there was also very convenient. If I ever come back to Tulum, I will definitely stay here again. ❤️✨

For breakfast I always picked the fruit bowl and it was tasty and well presented. All of the staff are supernice, friendly and helpful. I also met some amazing people that were staying in my room. The location is great, just 5 mins walk from Ecoparque, and restaurants. 100% would stay again!
