Hospedaje Soma er með útisundlaug, garð, sameiginlega setustofu og verönd í Moyogalpa. The room was great - best air conditioning I had on the travel, very clean. Gardens were lovely to relax. Pool was also great. I had breakfast and dinner (Indian curry) which was of good value. Staff were friendly, provided a lot of information on the island and organized transports.

El Bamboo Cabins er staðsett í Balgue, 12 km frá Maderas-eldfjallinu, og býður upp á garð og garðútsýni. We absolutely loved staying here! The pictures do not do this place justice. The cabins are carefully built, very clean, and very comfortable! They are equipped with the necessities so we could cook and make coffee. It is right on the water and we went out on the dock both nights for sunset. The cabins are perfectly tucked away so it is very peaceful.

The views are stunning and the facilities/site are brilliant, but what made our stay were the hosts, Jose and Maria - kind, knowledgeable and a good laugh. Also, the value for money is really good - 10/10 recommend.

Walking distance to main road with some nice restaurants within 30 mins. Information booklet in the room was helpful. Help to rent mopeds, organise transport, guides etc. The room was spacious, bed was really comfortable, hardly any creepy crawlies (this is a complaint from many of the eco lodges). Good wifi. 2 fans which was nice. Good shower pressure and temperature.

Very friendly family. Always helpful. There is a kitchen which you can use for a fee for the gas ($3).They have filtered drink water available which saves some bottles and money. The house is located off the main road in a very calm environment. Very good to relax but still close to some restaurants. We rented a scooter here, which was delivered to the property and in good condition.

Finca la Magia er farfuglaheimili í frumskógi á litlum lífrænum bóndabæ rétt fyrir utan San Ramon, 40 km frá Moyogalpa. I stayed at Finca La Maria for three days all by myself and enjoyed every single minute. The finca is very remote and peaceful, exactly what I was looking for. Hearing the howler monkeys at night was a fascinating experience. The couple who run the finca are absolutely charming. A truly special place.
