Close to Groningen and yet in the countryside. A nice place to stay. Ideal if you want to visit Groningen or simply bike around and visit the villages along the Eem. You can park your car inside the property. It is very calm and private. Check in and check out very convenient. Bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was superb.

Villa Le Jardin státar af útsýni yfir innri húsgarðinn og býður upp á gistirými með verönd, í um 44 km fjarlægð frá Simplon Music Venue. The breakfast was out of this world, the best breakfast we had on this trip to Amsterdam, Singapore, Sydney and Melbourne.

Fantastic continental breakfast with freshly baked croissants and selection of breads (still hot), cheese and cold cuts, loads of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, hard boiled egg, etc. Enough to feed us for breakfast and lunch (take away bags are provided). Much attention to details went into this spacious accommodation, from mosquito screens to ventilator, from floor heating in the bathroom to radiator to heat the towels, from recliners (inside and outside) to welcome wine and chocolates.

B&B - Sauna D'Olle Pastorie er staðsett í Vierhuizen í Groningen-héraðinu, 24 km frá Groningen, og býður upp á grillaðstöðu og vatnaíþróttaaðstöðu. Irene and Marten take great care of their guests - they were sharing great tips and gave us some insights on the region. Also they were super helpful and gave not only us, but also our two dogs, a very warm welcome. The rooms are cosy and clean, the breakfast is amazing and you get a bag for putting together a lunch package. There‘s drinks and coffee free to grab all day without additional costs. And the place is surrounded by stunning nature, especially for bird lovers.

We loved the room, which had high ceilings, huge, comfortable bed, nice dining table, outside was a sitting area with table and chairs... and the bath was superb, with a huge bathtub and a comfortable walk-in shower, as well as double sinks. All in all very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and they even gave us plastic bags to take the left-overs and have them for lunch. Such a good service. The area was surrounded by nature and there was a lot of walking paths to walk with the dog. Everything was green and blooming... really relaxing place.

Situated in Uithuizen, 27 km from Martini Tower and 700 metres from Uithuizen Station, apartment in Uithuizen offers air conditioning. I really enjoyed the apartment! I found the space very cozy and well-maintained, with thoughtful details that made the stay very comfortable. Everything was also clean and well-organized, which made the experience even more pleasant and I especially appreciated the little touch of the dog bed and bowl

Salonboot de Wending er nýlega enduruppgerður gististaður í Groningen, nálægt Simplon-tónlistarstaðnum og Martini-turni. Boðið er upp á ókeypis WiFi, garð og verönd. This is one of these unique places you never forget while traveling! Why? First of all the host. Stef has created a place full of positive energy. He has thought about so many details (good lighting, little basket to put your phone next to your bed, flowers, fresh fruit etc). He is flexible, friendly and a good communicator. The salon boat is in an excellent condition. Sleeping in a boat is different then staying in a bed room. The very soft moving of the boat on the water is calming. Like the sun shining in your face when you wake up and open the curtains. The bed is superb. Very comfortable. A good shower and toilet in the small bathroom! In the boat you are able to sit (and read/relax) on two places but also outside (on the land) there is a little terrace with a sofa. Cooking is easy in the little kitchen with many tools/species. The area is peaceful. In the morning you are greeted by people kayaking on the water. A big super market is very close by (fresh croissants and orange juice for breakfast) and the center of the wonderful city Groningen just 10 minutes walking away. We loved staying at 'The Wending'!!!
