Very easy communication with hosts. Very clean, warm and easy access. Loved the breakfast selection. There was plenty. Host was lovley. Great place for out dog as right on a reserve.

A unique historical homestead with a peaceful ambience, Ashcott Homestead Bed & Breakfast is situated near Waipukurau in Central Hawkes Bay. Free private parking is available on site. Very unique homestead. Well appointed throughout, loved the rich woodwork. John was a great personable host, and served up a great breakfast. Had a few glasses of wine on the porch with another guest couple in the rain. Could have stayed longer if we had the time.

Our daughters 8 + 10 loved feeding the friendly farm animals and swimming in the pool The cottage provided privacy from other guests. It was a very spacious and warm cottage. We all loved picking an apple from the nearby orchard each day.
