The biggest surprise is the bed, which you would not expect in a place you visit primarily for the nature and hiking opportunity - it is huge and so comfortable.

Boasting a wide range of spa services, access to thermal baths and 3 gourmet dining options, the resort offers garden views from every room, a 3 hour-drive from Arequipa. Private parking is free. Extraordinary service. We arrived a day late due to circumstances outside of our control, and the hotel did not charge us for the night. Beyond the service the hotel is amazing, located in the middle of an amazing landscape and with beautiful hot spring pools open 24/7.

As a solo mom traveling with my toddler, this place had everything we needed it including a shared kitchen and comfy living room space with smart TV. Extra point because my toddler loved him! She still asks about him 🙂
