Staying at Puro Dão was a truly fantastic experience. The hotel itself is a beautiful building with a modern Wabi-Sabi/Japandi-inspired aesthetic, where concrete meets light woods and lush greenery. As soon as you enter the reception, your eyes are drawn to the stunning plants and the large windows framing the breathtaking views of Serra da Estrela. We loved everything about this place. The spa, in particular, is outstanding. We spent most of our stay enjoying the pool, which offers an incredible panoramic view of Serra da Estrela. Everything in the spa area was impeccably maintained and felt very high quality. We were especially lucky to see Serra da Estrela covered in snow, making it an unforgettable experience to relax in the warm pool while gazing at the snowy landscape. The staff also deserve special praise. Everyone we encountered was incredibly polite, helpful, and always welcoming us with a smile. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet was beautifully presented, and the food was delicious. Overall, Puro Dão exceeded our expectations in every way. A peaceful, stylish retreat with exceptional service and views; we would absolutely love to return.

Great location and excellent friendly and helpful hosts who shared their local knowkedge regarding booking tickets, restaurants..... Beautiful historic character property. Large quiet comfortable room with good sized bathroom. Parking outside, and good advice on where to park for free close to town. Breakfast very generous with plenty of options. Wonderful fresh orange juice!

Most friendly people & staff which Dinther utmost best to make you feel welcome. We stayed in a tent, which was perfect. Property located at a remote spot with an astonishing view! Perfect holiday with kids. 2x large swimming pools in main area, which were just perfect for young(er) kids as well, as their entry is rather shallow, slowly gradually getting more deep, making it also suitable for adults. We loved it!

The staff were incredibly kind, and we were thrilled to have a pet-friendly hotel. The rooms were clean, the Christmas decorations added to the festive atmosphere, and the spa experience was wonderful for relaxation.

Pousada De Viseu is a grand 19th-century building in the city of Viseu. It offers spacious rooms, spa facilities, and outdoor swimming pools. De Viseu rooms have parquet floors and modern furnishings.... We really appreciated the upgrade. Very nice indeed.

Nice place to stay for weekends. Well decorated cozy room (we booked suite just because usual room was not available). Free privet parking. Nice atmosphere around the swimming pool. Palms. Bar. Nice music. Place to seat. Place for sunbathing. Chilling mood. Very tasty food we ordered near swimming pool (pizza, sweet doce batata frita, tiramisu etc.) But please book the table in the restaurant for dinner ahead.
