His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made a remarkable difference, and thanks to him we felt truly welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. He did an outstanding job in every sense. I would like to sincerely thank the hotel for having such a wonderful and dedicated person on their team. Mr. Osama Ayman is a true asset, and his exceptional service deserves the highest appreciation.

Nag-aalok ang Kenana Al Aziziah Hotel by Orvana ng accommodation sa Mecca. Mayroon ang 1-star hotel na mga naka-air condition na kuwarto na may private bathroom at libreng WiFi. We stayed for long in this hotel and it was really good, from cleanness to staff: everything was great. Big thanks to Abdallah & Tariq who were very friendly!
