We saw the Aurora from inside the igloo. Incredible experience. You are right on the river which is frozen in Winter and so you can walk across to the Ice Hotel and a great museum/restaurant. Toni and his wife are fantastic hosts.

There were good storage facilities and cooking facilities if you wanted to stay for a long trip. The local community and surrounding environment also helped make for a perfect location.
