Extremely convenient and beautiful building ran by kind people, from the first receptionist to the bar tender Elee and Alvan and a sweet man we met named Joel that was helping with a Maitenence issue! Everyone was so sweet - we had the best time and left a part of our hearts in Kiruna! Can’t wait to return to this wonderful hotel… also, get the junior suite! It’s worth it and hit the spa!!

The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. They had great recommendations for us to do that were beyond just touristy activities. They were also always available for communication via booking.com. The property location is a bit isolated but that is what made it even more special to enjoy the northern lights and the snow. Kitchen was well equipped for us to cook there the whole time.

Everything about this accommodation was wonderful. The "Winter" apartment on the second floor was spacious, clean, well-equipped, quiet (we were the only guests staying there), and very comfortable. We had an amazing stay at this cabin. Everything was clean, well cared for and set in a beautiful natural environment that makes the experience truly unique. The sauna was a great added value and made the stay even more relaxing and authentic. The cabin is well equipped and immediately feels warm and welcoming. You can really feel the care and passion behind the place. Communication with the team was always clear, friendly and helpful. A perfect place to fully disconnect and experience the North. Highly recommended — we would happily come back!
