Really clean place: windows, kitchen supplies, bathroom, terrace! There were no stains anywhere, this was a pleasant surprise. Good quality furniture, they have shoehorn, hotel slippers. Kitchen is equipped with majority of things you need. If they had coffee machine - that would have been perfect. We brought our own with us :) houses are situated away from road - you don’t listen to cars, but roosters instead 😄 surrounding area is safe for walking dogs. I was looking for separate pet-friendly place with hot tub outside and I can surely say this place suits best. Overall this is a decent place for its money.

Penzión na gazdovskom ore er staðsett í Dolmudveitunen, 14 km frá Orava-kastala, 31 km frá Vlkolinec-þorpinu og 32 km frá Bešeňová-vatnagarðinum. Very comfortable stay. The Pensíon had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Access to a kitchen, private room and bathroom that was a very comfortable size. As I was visiting friends we had a car, there are buses into Dolný Kubín, but better to have a car to get around.

Apartmány Kubínska, Hillside er gististaður með grillaðstöðu í DolktoKubín, 16 km frá Orava-kastala, 33 km frá þorpinu Vlkolinec og 34 km frá vatnsrennibrautagarðinum Bešeňová. Miriam was very helpful. Also, it was very cozy, comfortable and well equipped.

Starý dom er staðsett í aðeins 12 km fjarlægð frá Hala Miziowa og býður upp á gistirými í Oravská Polhora með aðgangi að garði, grillaðstöðu og sameiginlegu eldhúsi. Fantastic atmosphere. The owners are very kind, making you feel like you’re spending the weekend with family. A quiet place with a view of the mountains, perfect for a getaway. I will definitely come back someday.

AKORD chata er staðsett í Námestovo, 24 km frá Orava-kastala og býður upp á útsýni yfir vatnið, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. The apartment was well equipped, new and very clean, it had all it needed plus a great view as bonus!

Apartmány Dúbrava er staðsett í DolktoKubín, 6,7 km frá Orava-kastala, 50 km frá Aquapark Tatralandia og 32 km frá Bešeňová-vatnagarðinum. Communication with the host was great, and as soon as we arrived, they came outside to bring the keys and explain a few details about the property. It’s reassuring to have the host living on-site in case we need anything. The location is also excellent - it’s at the end of an impasse, so there’s no traffic and is nice and quiet. The beautiful Orava Castle is just a quick drive up the road, and there’s a Coop grocery store in short walking distance if you need to stock up on any food or drinks. A mini fridge is provided as well.

Rozprávková dedinka er staðsett í DolitzKubín, 10 km frá Orava-kastala og 46 km frá Aquapark Tatralandia. Boðið er upp á garð og útsýni yfir ána. We stayed as a family with three children. The place is charming and kid-friendly. The bunk bed in the wooden house is amazing and spacious, and our children really loved it. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is nice, and kids eat for free. The restaurant staff is friendly and welcoming, especially the wonderful waitress (whose name we unfortunately forgot) who was on shift during our stay from September 23 to 26.

Penzion Zázrifka er staðsett í Zázrivá, 32 km frá Orava-kastala og státar af garði, grillaðstöðu og fjallaútsýni. Þetta gistihús býður upp á ókeypis einkabílastæði og viðskiptamiðstöð. The staff are certainly the cherry on the cake. The place is simple, but with a comfortable bed, friendly people and delicious food. I highly recommend it!

Penzión Reduta er staðsett í Oravský Podzámok, 800 metra frá Orava-kastala og 37 km frá Bešeňová-vatnagarðinum. Boðið er upp á grillaðstöðu og garðútsýni. The accomodation is 10/10 :) First of all, the balkon from the kitchen.
