It was a pleasure to stay here and Arzu is lovely, bringing extra items for the apartment and ready to help.

Me and my wife had an amazing experience at Leos Apartments. Newly renovated, fantastic facilities offered with outstanding hospitality from the landlord. Kitchen, living room, bed room, equipment - everything was at top quality. We felt that the whole experience was highly personal and luxurious, offering great value for money. Location was also great in the center of Side. We are already looking at coming back soon.

Incredible apartment, bigger than I expected ( 2 bedrooms +1 living room), everything is new and very clean, peaceful area, walking distance to many good restaurants and also Kumkoy beach is close. The owner really made me feel like I am home!

The host is a super nice lady. Easy to deal with and very sweet. There was no problem with picking up the keys. The host was very understanding when I had an unexpected personal issue. Nothing serious happened but it was just very comforting to know that she was such an empathetic and understanding person. Moreover the property is in a good area, quiet and close to a shop. Well looked after and clean. A bit on a small side but comfortable. I slept there very well :)

There are all kind of shops in the neighborhood. The kitchen was equipped with all kind of cutlery. The comunication was also great and solved all issues imediately.

We are so happy with this apartment, had a really good experience here. Big,modern,clean and everything you need. Close to shops, restaurants and beach. We will definitely come back! The area is also very quiet, you can relax on the balcony in peace. We recommend this apartment and the vert.

The hosts are amazingly welcoming and helpful, we will be glad to come here again. We came with a baby and were met with not only a comfortable crib, but also some extra useful things. They also gave us some tips and helped to order food from a local place. The beach is walking distance and was almost empty.

Mararating ang Kumkoy Beach sa wala pang 1 km, ang Side Apart Hotel ay naglalaan ng accommodation, restaurant, seasonal na outdoor swimming pool, hardin, at shared lounge. It is an amazing laid-back very affordable Apart Hotel. Hussein, the receptionist, was very friendly and catered for all our needs. For example, he provided us with wine glasses. The rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable. We stayed in this hotel for many nights. I'd definitely come back here. I enjoyed this place more than the five-star hotels beautiful Side has to offer.
