She even allowed me to stay in the room after checkout for free since the room was available and I needed to rest. Breakfast and dinner were really tasty, also it feels like being in a family rather than in a guest house, especially when we all had dinner together in the evenings! I recommend this place! A quiet place with very friendly and helpful host. We had two nights of very good sleep here because of the quiet neighborhood. Nevertheless, this accomodation is easy to reach and has a variety of places to eat nearby (Gerald will recommend you some). Also for other kinds of needs, do not hesitate to ask Gerald for help: safaris, tours, transport, breakfast (very tasty!), lunch, dinner... he can help you with almost everything. And if you have some spare time here, spend it in the cosy living room, where you can hang out and have a chat. This is not a hotel with plenty of staff but a lovely, clean and quiet homestay which offers everything you might need for your stay.

I can't even describe, how much the owner helped us when we arrived. The airline had lost our luggage, and she went out and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Even took us shopping. The rest of the stuff was also extremely polite. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and nice homecooked breakfast. It's in a quiet neighborhood, really nice to walk around and see some of the real life in Arusha. And of course Extremely value for money! Thank you for everything!
