Very clean, Owners live onsite and makes communication easy as well as being available on WhatsApp. Provided laundry service at no extra fee (rare) room clean and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with Stove and fridge table with chairs or 2 comfy chairs you might find in living room right next to balcony entrance. Balcony was nice and shaded. Town nice and quiet with grocery stores (2) easy to find in Castrocaro Terme approx 5minutes. So you won't have to shop for groceries in Forli.

Absolutely fantastic place in the middle of nowhere. The landscape is stunning and the Rooms are quiet and clean and you have everything you need. No tv, which is a blessing. The owners are so Nice and do their utmost to make you feel comfortable. The food and Wine is amazing with several choices - we sat in the Garden looking down into the Valley and the beautiful surroundings while eating dinner and again at breakfast
