The hosts were flexible with our arrivals time as we had a late flight and waited for us. This was great. Another great thing was the breakfast - such a great variety and delicious too. I tried their home-made yoghurt and jam and absolutely loved it. Finally, I would like to thank them for taking us to Assisi on Sunday when there were no buses. We really appreciate this.

Very nice property, free parking, friendly hosts. The accommodation was will setup up with a nice simple kitchen area. Convenient location. You do need a car if you stay here. Grocery stores a few restaurants and a bakery within walking distance.

Very impressed with the attention we got. I traveled with my sister who is in bad health. We got assigned an appartement on 2 nd floor and lots of stairs. Almost impossible for her. Next day the owner and Valerio at front desk had an apartment for us at ground level right by the pool. We were so grateful and happy. Service was impeccable for our situation all our needs were met. Dinner was brought up to us in first nite so my sister did not have to go down all the stairs All in all a very great stay Will definitely recommend this hotel

Continental breakfast exceeded our expectations. It was like staying at a relatives home. The B&B is (quoting other guests) "strategically located". You can go for long walks (next to the river); you have amenities such as good restaurants or a supermarket on a walking distance. Very close to Perugia's airport. The host is a very friendly & nice person. You won't regret staying here.

Easy to find, large free parking, fast connection to city center, excellent continental breakfast ( with salty part) and gluten free options. Nice swimming pool.
