When I mentioned her what is my regular diet in the morning the following morning she brought it to me. The first night we have a room upstairs. She told me that the following day we will get a room downstairs. Gabriella was able to accommodate us. We were thankfull, my husband specially since is very difficult for him to deal with stairs. Regarding the cleaning two girls took care of it on a daily basis. Everything was impecable. The residence is located about 200 meters from the main entrance of the hot springs. All kind of stores around the residence, restaurants, pharmacy, bakeries, coffee shops, etc. Definitely my husband and I recommend to stay in Residencia del Norte. It is a quiet place to rest in a friendly atmosphere.
