Super friendly staff, the room was out of this world, the attention to detail was fantastic. super clean quiet and so comfortable. The amazing little touches were fabulous, record player and a guitar, loved it.

The location is very convenient, very close to the lake, supermarkets and restaurants. The main thing is that the room is very comfortable. You have everything you need. It's really great. I highly recommend it!

The rooms were a bit quirky as might be expected in a castle but very comfortable and clean. However the star point was the friendliness of the staff.

We liked the room size and the bathroom size and fixtures and the very cool architectural adaptation of the space. Everyone has done a great job and the hotel felt brand new (it is almost four years old). Breakfast buffet and menu combination was excellent and the service was cheerful. A perfect hotel experience. Also, the staff were very hospitable and helpful.
