Fun, quirky, and friendly. The Schloss / Castle is really cool. We found the staff really friendly and helpful. The bed was SO comfortable. Our room in the annex had great views of the Wilder Kaiser. They offer a very good breakfast. Absolutely no complaints.

The breakfast was incredible and dining in the restaurant for dinner was excellent. The food and culinary experience was wonderful. We loved our evening Sauna, Steam and relaxation lounge in the spa. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect for a couple plus 1 guest that slept on the comfortable fold-out couch. We very much appreciated having 1-1/2 baths in our suite to make our guest feel more comfortable. The location was just a 5 minute drive to the Fleckalmbahn gondola and walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The living room with dining area and kitchen were also spacious and cozy and had everything necessary/well equipped to make our stay idyllic. There is a very cute Spa in the basement, with a hot pool outside in snow. I should say that the room was very very clean. The kitchen equipment were very complete and exceeded my expectations. the most pleasent thing for us as a family with a child of 4, was the tempreture of the rooms. Maybe because our room was on the ground floor (directly above the spa) ... the room was very very warm, although the tempreture outside was very low (minus).
