Nice property, felt like a modern sanitorium. Friendly service, enough people speak English. Quick check in. Parking on site for free. Room was very spacious, bottle water and air conditioning. The spa area is good, we chose the outdoor pool which was nice, bar on site too. We had half board, definitely dont need more as the food options are huge and plentiful. Lots of stuff to do for kids also. There is a daily program. My wife and I got a couple massage. Hotel is close to Lankaran cit by car or taxi.

Exceptional Stay Surrounded by Nature 🌿 I had a wonderful time at Riva Hill Resort! The location is absolutely stunning – nestled close to nature with breathtaking views all around. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. What truly made the experience special was the hospitality. A big thank you to Dinara and Aydan at the reception, who were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy peace, comfort, and nature in Lankaran! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Compare to the hotel in the city cenyer which are old and dusty this one is fresh.. well maintained.. we had a warm welcome with a plate of local fruits.. it was raining so i couldn't use the swimming pool but it looked nice Breakfast is very good and local

    The hotel staff is very friendly, rooms clean, view from the balcony is super-nice. Entertaintment program is different for each day so if you're traveling with kids of age 5+ you can make them busy for almost entire day. Glad that indoor pool was open till 22:00.

    The resort is beautiful and luxery. The staff were very friendly and polite. Most speak both English and Russian. The food is very good and affordable. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the thermal bath. The thermal bath is separated for man and women, but it's possible to book a private thermal bath. The view from the balcony and the rooftop was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here and we can definitely recommend!

    The provided breakfast and supper were very well. The variety of options was excellent and greatly appreciated. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and I felt comfortable both in the room and the surrounding area. The indoor pool, Turkish bath, thermal bath, spa, and steam spa are available for relaxation. In addition, interesting activities are available in the garden

    Super great and helpful staff. Our family rooms - Room 600 & 500 were very well prepared - chocolates/tea/curtains/bed fixed up. Love the bowling and ping pong/zip line man and the guy in charge of the entertainment games area all super. Love the breakfast. Outdoor pool super and very attentive staff.
