Me and my partner stayed at this amazing little place and loved it. Location provides amazing view of the mountains,very clean and comfortable,the apartment was very well arranged and the spa was kept open for us on our first day there due to us arriving later than expected. The staff was extremely friendly and caring and we have decided to make it an annual trip and stay there.

Great staff. Very welcoming and friendly and accommodating. Making sure all guests are taken care of and all requests are fulfilled in a timely manner - including the sales/reservation representative. The staff was great. They are allways eager to help and they made me enjoy my stay. The food is great at the buffet cantina. There is a HERO in the background at the buffet who is cookcing awsome food. I booked with breackfest included but then I decided to go each nigh and talke my dinner at the hotel buffet since there is nothing in Bansko that can beat what they provide. And the price is perfect.

The room was spacious, with a modern design, and not a lot of noise could be heard from the outside. The bathroom was spacious, equipped with a bathtub, instant hot water, and great pressure. We received two free bottles of water and coffee every day, courtesy of the coffee machine. The fridge was quite big and made no noise. The temperature in the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was also an electric stove. Cleaning was done daily; shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, and towels were replaced daily if you left them on the floor. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Sometimes it was a buffet, sometimes à la carte, depending on the number of guests. We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was correctly cooked. We went during the week, so we basically had the spa area all to ourselves, which was wonderful. The hotel staff was very attentive, helpful, and nice. The reception area was also very nice, with lovely Christmas decorations. They organized a fine dining wine-pairing dinner, which we were informed about before our stay, requiring a 50% deposit. It was a bit expensive, but in my opinion, it was worth it, and it was the culinary highlight of our stay. So I would definitely recommend it if you have the chance.

We liked everything. The hotel is perfect for family with kids. Food was great, staff were nice and friendly and the apartment was spacious and clean. There is kids club which is super convenient and the swimming pool is suitable for children. The guys in the ski rent place located in the hotel were also super nice and friendly. It's the third time we visit this hotel and we will definitely come back. Great Bloody Mary and live music at the lobby.
