The hotel is very good: swimming pool, SPA. Staff was nice. Great food. I left before breakfast last day, they made for me something to eat, thank you 😊.

Had a nice stay very clean and comfortable hotel. Spa and pool clean & good. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in bulgaria will use again.

The staff was great. They are allways eager to help and they made me enjoy my stay. The food is great at the buffet cantina. There is a HERO in the background at the buffet who is cookcing awsome food. I booked with breackfest included but then I decided to go each nigh and talke my dinner at the hotel buffet since there is nothing in Bansko that can beat what they provide. And the price is perfect.

Stunning views, modern and comfortable room with AC. Breakfast had many options and was tasty. The spa area is great to relax after hiking day.

The most amazing hotel - the spa, factilities, restaurant and room by far exceeded by expectations. Everything was excellent.

Great staff. Very welcoming and friendly and accommodating. Making sure all guests are taken care of and all requests are fulfilled in a timely manner - including the sales/reservation representative. Clean facility, food in the restaurant was fresh and tasty. The SPA was clean and very up to date!

Beyond delicious food , the desserts taste really good ,and the portions they served are enormous for one individual to solely consume . Praise for the staff that made our stay enjoyable And most importantly, excellent spa services .

Where to start. Fantastic location, facilities are excellent with pool, jacuzzi,steam room. Staff are so friendly and apartment was perfect

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and was absolutely delighted! The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable — it had everything needed for a pleasant stay. I was especially impressed by the amazing view from the window, which I couldn’t get enough of. The food was excellent — everything was delicious and made with care, you could really tell that quality ingredients were used. The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. And the owner of the hotel deserves special praise — such a kind and responsive person who truly cares about every guest, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again!

Perfect apartment near the main street of the old city. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine with dryer. Very nice pool. Great for family.

Well placed and easy to find. Situated in down town is a pleasure to walk around. There is Spa zona inside with a big swimming pool. Also bakeries around. I enjoyed homemade from “the French guy bakery”, really tasty baguettes and croissants from sourdough ..

Excellent hotel, 3 saunas, hot swimming pool, amazing breakfast and dinner, adjustable heating system in the room, free transfer to the ski lift, beautiful lobby with a fireplace and a bar, modern rooms and beautiful waitresses)

Easy check-in and check-out process. The host was very helpful and sent us detailed instructions on how to find the apartment. It had everything you might need for a longer stay plus a great view towards Pirin mountain. Thank you for the hospitality!
