We love returning this hotel every time we are in Sofia. Its central location makes it easy for meeting up with friends. Most of all we love the spacious and well decorated rooms and the views of Sofiq, from top the floors are amazing. The Staff are very nice and helpful in every way.

It was a beautiful hotel, gorgeous sauna and pool, and the staff were unbelievably kind. When we checked in, they noticed my birthday was upcoming and sent up a plate of little cakes and cookies and grapes. Can’t recommend it more!!

Rooms are super nice and cozy, bed is comfortable rooms are super clean and has very fresh view. Roof bar is so good. They have welcomed very well, staff super super helpful. I would like to say big thanks to Mr. Tarakci at reservation desk and all other collegues. It was pleasure to meet them. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Clean, modern, quality hotel room. Fully stocked fridge and amenities.

The location is good , close to Airport and you could work on your computer late in the evening. Clean and very beautiful pictures. Even I did not use it, there’s a wonderful swimming pool, well next time.

The hotel itself feels very luxurious, the rooms, the restorant - everything. The staff is very helpful. The room we stayed was very big and had all facilities we needed. The balcony is a nice addition. The food was also very good. The location is nice, there are shops near by and it is easy to reach it by car.

Everything from staff to facilities to the perfect comfi of my room, room service is at its finest; free buffet breakfast is awesome

We liked this hotel so much. There was nice woman at reception, we had a nice room, and used this great spa center. As we leaved at night, we got our breakfast in the box, and it was mega cool.

Due to fasting, I was gonna miss the breakfast but the personnel was very kind to prepare something for me during the night. Thanks !

The atmosphere is good, beds were comfy, the guys at the reception were helpful with everything. Food at the restaurant was excellent! We ate there everyday!

My stay at East Plaza Hotel was wonderful! The service was excellent – the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was diverse and very delicious, offering a wide variety of options for every taste. The hotel’s location is also great – convenient and well-connected to the main points in the city. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it!

- The owner has good taste in home decorating. Very cozy, clean, and well equipped apartment, feels like at home. - Great and quiet location. Everything you need such as restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls and parks, are only 5-10 minutes away by walking. - Close to the metro station (M4), which can quickly take you to downtown, tourist attractions, and airport.

Confortable, specious, well located, with a nice enclosed garden , good for families with children. The kitchen, bathroom and beddings were well equipped with everything needed for a while family to stay comfortably. The apartment was clean and overall amenities of the building are well maintained. Car park space is rented separately.

Loved the design and spacious feel of the flat. Great coffee machine, air conditioning really made a big difference in the heat. Enjoyed the big balcony.Very convenient location, quiet suburb but 10 mins walk from the tram so easy to get to town and a short walk to grocery stores. Restaurants close by, we particularly enjoyed Rose restaurant which is 3 mins away. We also appreciated the washing machine and dishwasher!
