We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Plamen and the entire team for their exceptional support during our stay. When our car broke down, we faced challenges as we are not from Bulgaria. However, Plamen and the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us, helping us find a way to transport our car to a repair garage. Their leadership, willingness to help, and dedication truly stood out. Beyond the outstanding service, the hotel itself is wonderful. The rooms are clean and modern, the food at both restaurants was excellent, and the SPA was simply amazing. We highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the warm hospitality we received.

My husband stayed there, the place was amazing and the couple who owned the property also very lovely and helpful! My brother and sister in law will continue stay there after my husband checked out.
