The room was gorgeous, spacious, and squeaky clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned thoroughly daily, and new towels were provided daily, as well. But what really makes this place shine, is the exceptional staff. Elizabeth at the breakfast buffet, Tharun who brought room service (I was there for work so had a late room service dinner almost every night), Gideon and the rest of the front desk staff, were unfailingly kind, extraordinarily helpful, and impeccably hospitable. The room service dinners were excellent, as well. I had the loveliest Balinese massage, and enjoyed the (clean, well equipped) gym on a daily basis. The only thing I didn't get to explore was the pool. I loved every moment of this stay and will be staying here the next time I come to Bahrain!
