I booked 3 rooms for my family in the main hotel which were all great. I understood from the reviews there is also a “tower” option which is actually not so close to the hotel. Breakfast was really good with a broad selection of food, however the restaurant was packed with some rude guests. When we mentioned our concerns to the staff, the “complaint” was taken very seriously and professionally handled by Annie.
