Hotels with Pools in Jiawan

Beautiful scenery with National Park mountains just right across. Grace was amazing and very helpful with arranging pick up from the train station and managing tickets for the park with a great explanation of the hike we can take. Everything in the room was super clean and arranged with great taste. Breakfast was tasty and with multiple options to choose from. Outside there is even a pool that we didn't have a chance to try, because of the short stay, but we will for sure next time!

A refrigerator and a kettle in the room would be nice.

The hotel picked us up from the airport and really took care of us. Breakfast every morning was incredible and they also dropped us each morning at the nearby forest park and helped us plan our itinerary so we could see everything we wanted to (and more) in our short three day stay.

Great hotel with really friendly staff, including an amazing dog that just wants to be pet all the time :) 10 minutes walking distance to the entrance to the national park. Fully recommend

The best part of the hotel was Kevin. I would give him 5 stars for his dedication and support. It wasn't difficult for us to communicate with him as he could manage with English. He helped us to get to the zhangjiajie entrance with his car 2 times and guided us to book our tickets for the park. Felt at home atmosphere as all staff were very friendly though they didn't speak English. Our 4 days stay was memorable and would highly recommend this place and Kevin.

All : Nice Interiors and exterior , nice staff.

Is located super near to the Forest entrance gate and the hotel helped us a lot with booking the tickets for the main attractions. Quiet place with good Mountain View

The property location was excellent since it was 15 minutes away from Zhangjiajie national forest park, which was one of the main attractions in the city. The room was very clean. However, what I liked the most is the hospitality of the staff and their eagerness in helping us to plan our trip successfully by recommending day activities and night shows.

We literally just stay at host’s her own home. The services are brilliant. Before we arrived, the host contact us providing tickets booking and also arranged the airport pickup service for us. In the house, you can get water or other drinks as many as you want and if you need any help or requests, the host will do whatever to help you. The house view is amazing too.

Very well located, incredible view on the mountains. Clean rooms, and well equipped. The staff is very helpful and reactive .

Wendy was exceptional to help us she made sure all attractions were done on time she went out of her way to make sure that I had fun with my trip very prompt and pleasant lady

The hotel’s location was convenient for exploring Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. JIANAN was amazing during our stay. He help us with park tickets, directions recommendations he even ordered foot for us. We will not be able to see all the places without his help. Thank you JIANAN!

The property is owned and operated by a family, and they go above and beyond for service. Very good communication though they only know Mandarin, so have a translator app available if needed. When we arrived the taxi took us to the wrong location, we called owners and they came to pick us up right away. We stayed in one of the treehouses. Feels like you are in the middle of bamboo forest, with very pleasant nature sounds and running water. AC available in the bedroom runs better than any other Hotel we’ve been in in China. Even though full glass walls, has natural growth for privacy plus curtains in the bedroom. For dining they have their own onsite restaurant, and can eat in their dining room as well as outside on a couple tables. Dishes are typical for the region, and are at standard prices (no price gouging since there are not other options nearby) and additionally very well done and tasty beyond average. There is a wash machine onsite, no dryer. With humidity need to hang clothing out to dry outside in the sun or may not fully dry indoors. We are very pleased with the trip, the location (4.5km from middle ZhangJiaJie park entrance), customer service, accommodations and friendliness. If we ever make our way back to ZhangJiaJie we will be staying here again.

The property is just amazing, beautiful rooms, spectacular landscape and on the top of that, Li (the owner) is just the best. Ex tour guide and pure local, he knows everything around. He is happy to help you anytime without asking anything. Honestly we couldn’t expect more than what we did.

The property was beautiful and close enough to the park entrance. It had very pretty views and the rooms were nice and clean.

very friendly staff, they responded on your request and offered assistance instantly. The location is convenient only takes 10 minutes to Wulingyuan east gate.

Absolutely the best stuff ever, a fantastic owner taking care of you as you were her family member, outstanding surroundings of the Avatar Mountains and fresh and local cuisine. Perfection

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Valley 5 Lodge, and my experience was nothing short of magical. From the warm welcome by Rain, the exceptional staff member, to the cozy family suite and the array of activities, every moment surpassed my expectations. Rain's professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth set the tone for our stay. The pride Valley 5 Lodge takes in providing outstanding service is evident, and any queries or requests were met with a smile, making us feel truly valued. They planned our itinerary for the visits to the park and were absolutely helpful in suggesting other activities. Our family of 4 stayed in the Family Suite, a spacious and tastefully decorated haven. The heated floors and hot bath were perfect for the winter season, and the nightly fireplace setup added a beautifully cozy touch to our evenings. The daily activities provided by Valley 5 Lodge were a highlight. From a delightful local candy-making session to arts and crafts for the kids, there was something for everyone. Our children had a blast, and the best part was they got to bring home their creations. The lodge's location on the hills offered a breathtaking view of the Valley, a picturesque sight that greeted us each morning at breakfast. Speaking of which, while the breakfast was simple, it was more than adequate, and the stunning backdrop made every meal special. In conclusion, I highly recommend Valley 5 Lodge for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I'm already looking forward to returning, perhaps during the summer season, to experience the exceptional hospitality once again. Thank you to the entire team at Valley 5 Lodge for creating an unforgettable winter retreat!

It’s located just inside the west gate of the park, which means that in addition to it being very beautiful and convenient, it also allows those who stay to travel through the park in a direction opposite most other park visitors, slashing wait times for attractions. At the end of a long day in Tianmanshan or ZJJ, it was great to come back to a pool and a delicious home cooked meal. Cannot recommend this place enough!

DINO was ABSOLUTELY incredible! Him and his team made this stay incredible

Everything about this property was exceptional! The staff were amazing :) location was walking distance from the National Park. Food was home cooked, fresh and delicious. They helped create itineraries each day with easy to follow instructions, it would have been difficult to navigate the park without them. I would highly recommend staying here :)

The property itself was well equipped and maintained, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, had more than we could ask for But more than anything, we wouldn’t have enjoyed the experience if not for the incredible staff, especially Winnie, who contacted us two weeks before the arrival and helped us set up a plan for the whole duration, they even drove us to the town to get food, EVERYDAY! they were so nice, made us feel at home truly

The staff of the hotel. They are very heloful understang and caring. Special thanks to Miss Tifany for her assistant and help.
