Will was an incredible host. He started the communication from before I arrived to ensure I had transportation to the resort and shared his suggestions or best way to plan the 3 days I was their. It felt peaceful and I truly enjoyed every minute of my experience and I believe it truly was made special because Will was always going out of his way to!

Good location for Park, they will drop you off at the east gate for the park. Everything is easy to get supermarket ,many stores many restaurant as well. Lily helped us booking the attraction tickets for park, grand canyon, which is really helpful for our trip plan. She are always willing to help us. We will back one day for sure.

Helpful staff. The people were so kind and helpful. We asked so many questions about different activities and getting to places and they always gave detailed information. We were given two separate rooms because there was a problem with what we booked and they let us check in very early with no hassle. Very close to Tianmen mountain Line A entrance and 72 wonder towers!

The Nvue Resort was the best choice for our stay at the Zhangjiajie National Park. Ming and his colleague were so awesome!!!! I never experienced and employee that is so engaged and is providing such a good service. We wanted to find a hotel in a natural setting, away from the noisy tourist area but still close to the park entrance. This hotel is only 10 min from the Middle entrance so after we booked the room, the manager, Ming, messaged us to arrange to pick us up at this entrance. As English speaking travelers, it can be difficult to travel to remote locations so this was quite convenient for us. The hotel is located just a 5 minute walk from one of the other entrances which made it easy to visit the park. We loved the quiet location, close to a small village where we could watch the farmers harvest their crops. Many staff members spoke excellent English and each one of them worked hard to make sure our needs were met. They can help you book the tickets for attractions and arrange transportations to give you a easy and smooth trip. They also so patient to help you arrange tour plan according to your time,so sweet. The hotel restaurant had a good variety of menu options which were delicious and plentiful,We really enjoy the coffee here and bread and fruit, omelte and so on. I want to thank Ming, for making our stay with you so enjoyable!

From start to finish we felt very taken care of and looked after by their staff member, Tiffany. She helped us sort taxis to and from the property, helped us book tickets to all of the local attractions and mapped out routes for each day. We are vegetarian, and she was very accommodating in helping us get meals at their restaurant, which were all delicious. The location is great. They offer a shuttle cart ride to the west gate entrance. Views were beautiful and we went in the off-season and there were almost no people.

Don’t look further, stay here! Near the West gate entrance. Thankfully that Lucas mentioned to us about the distance to the West gate. Our guide wanted to enter the East gate, which was an hour drive. We could use the washing machine (detergent incl) and hang the clothes of a dry rack. Paid extra for dinner and breakfast, the food were delicious. The room was spacious and clean just like the pictures.

We absolutely loved our stay at No.5 Valley! The hotel is right near the west gate of the park, and the staff arranged transport there and back without any hassle. They helped us plan our route through the park and even upgraded our room. The property is huge, with a heated pool that has an amazing view – it was a highlight. There’s also a tea house with a tea master on-site, and that whole experience was incredible. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Honestly, this was one of the best places we’ve stayed in the past year. Everything was just perfect and we’re 100% happy with our stay.

The house is big and comfortable, located in a very quiet area outside of the city. And very close to the national park. A few weeks before arriving I was contacted by a very nice lady called Wendy that helped me orgenized everything I needed from recommendations of what to do and where to go each day to helping with buying the tickets to some places. All in English. I think the place is great for couples and families.

Holy smokes, Sanctum Peaks wasn't just a hotel, it was our July savior!​​ Landing in Zhangjiajie during peak heat felt like stepping into a sauna, but this place? ​Pure, glorious chill.​​ The ​​"Icy Oasis Pool" (my nickname for it!)​​ was ​MASSIVE​ – legit feels bigger than three community pools combined! Floating around at sunset, watching the sky bleed orange behind those crazy peaks... ​mind-blowing scenery therapy.​​ For context: our kid did laps in his inflatable kayak while we sipped something cold – THAT kind of space! ​Total game-changer for the brutal temps.​​ ​Rooms nailed the vibe:​​ beautiful ​​"ancient charm" with dark wood beams and silk accents,​​ but also ​stone-cold A/C that worked like a champ​ (crucial detail!). It felt refined, not stuffy. Slept like a log after those long days. ​The REAL MVP though? Their "Adventure Concierge Team."​​ Seriously. We rolled up with zero plans, just said "show us the best of Zhangjiajie without melting." Boom. ​Next morning, a tailored itinerary, a super-knowledgeable English-speaking guide (David!), and an AC-equipped SUV magically appeared.​​ No fuss, no haggling, ​just seamless awesome.​​ They booked tickets in advance (NO LINES!), timed hikes perfectly to avoid crowds & heat, and even knew the best shady spots for snacks. ​Effortless vacation unlocked. Worth every penny just for this stress-free magic.​​ ​Bottom Line:​​ If you're hitting Zhangjiajie (especially in summer) and want a ​gorgeous, cool refuge plus a genius-level planning team to handle ALL the logistics,​​ Sanctum Peaks is ​IT.​​ It's ​boutique luxury meets expert adventure partner.​​ Highly, HIGHLY recommended for families, couples, or anyone who hates planning. ​P.S.​​ The "Make-Your-Own-Iced-Tea Station" by the pool at 4pm?
