Location: You can easily walk to Palma beach in just 5 minutes. The beach is absolutely stunning with its turquoise color and soft sand — it truly amazed us. You can rent two sunbeds and an umbrella for €18. The hotel is less than a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. Instead, I suggest walking 10 minutes to the Mercadona market — it has a wide selection and reasonable prices. Since we were traveling with our 18-month-old baby, we couldn’t join the nightlife, but there are plenty of places to party near the hotel. Room: The room was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious and the furniture looked new. I also watched how thoroughly they cleaned a room after a guest checked out, and our room was cleaned nicely every day. We were right near the party places but sound isolation was good enough for blocking them. Food: Dinner had great variety overall. For a buffet, it was about as good as it gets. I wasn’t expecting 10/10 food from a buffet, but I’d rate it around 7–8. Breakfast had slightly less variety, but it wasn’t a problem for us. For families with children: This hotel isn’t fully tailored for children, but there were still enough activities to satisfy us. For example, there’s a playroom you can take your child to at any time of day. Even though our baby is quite young, the staff at the mini-disco in the evenings made every effort to ensure he had fun — they played and danced with him. There’s also a small children’s pool and a section of the large pool that’s about 40 cm deep, where our son had a great time. Staff: The hotel staff were truly friendly and cheerful. They always smiled at our son and tried to play with him. Everyone was kind and welcoming throughout our stay.

Location is not good for families many bars and restaurants that is not good for family’s with kids, room was specious but there was a bad smell in the room. Breakfast good but the plates are not very clean. Staff were nice.

The Hype Beach Hotel was awesome! I had rented the SeaSunSand apartment on the first floor and facing the beach for me and my two grandchildren (9 &14). We stayed there seven days. It was perfect—the bed and sofa-bed were very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped, the bathroom very modern, the walk-in closet (with a safe) great. The room was big enough for three people, and was immaculately clean. The terrace was huge and wonderful—we had tapas or dinner there every night, facing the sea and the beautiful view of the bay. The excellent restaurant on the ground floor was a huge plus—their food is great, and we were able to buy tapas and drinks to enjoy on our terrace. A good grocery store was a five-minute walk away, and downtown Palma a 10mn taxi ride away. Finally, the hotel manager, Hamid, was very helpful getting us taxis and answering all our questions. He also went way beyond his duty to mail me a very important document sent to me that did not arrive before we left. I appreciate immensely what he did for me. I highly recommend the Hype Beach Hotel!

Gorgeous property, conveniently located minutes from the airport, beach and supermarket. Hosts were very prompt with their responses, let us know they were available as needed, and met us at the property during check-in and check-out. Welcome gift (bottle of wine, water and chocolate) were a very nice touch! Washer/dryer were a big plus for a family of 5. Almost every room has it's own bathroom and each room has air conditioning/ heater unit. On site parking was also a plus!

    The property has a lovely view on the sea which allows it to benefit from a constant breeze even in the extreme heat of the summer. Loved the terrasse and the exterior. The house and rooms were nice clean and spacious. It was also functional with all kitchen utensils and wash room with washing machine. The pool also has sea water which we liked.

    Location was ideal for our family holiday but you do require a car. We loved the peace and location on the farm and access to the swimming pool was great . Host Cristina was great and answered any questions we had. Would recommend and stay again.

    Lovely countryside location but only 5 mins to supermarket and local restaurants by car. 20 mins to Palma by car. Ideally you need a hire car for here. Clean, spacious 2 bedroom Finca with pool.

    We were met on arrival and departure for easy pick up and drop off of the keys. The house was in a quiet area there was no noise or parties around and we could truely relax. The pool was very good and deep which my family really enjoyed.
