Gorgeous, nicely-maintained hotel with very nice rooms and views, and cute public spaces. Lovely living room/bar area for relaxing. Also, the owners are very nice and customer-service focused people. They went out of their way to be helpful.

The hotel was amazing like a dream… First from the staff all of them were welcoming and friendly and very helpful… I want to send special thanks to Aurore from the concierge, she was very helpful to manage everything to make our stay at Megeve unforgettable.. starting from booking the car transfers to Courchevel, making the reservations in different restaurants (which all of them were amazing), adding to that arranging the ski passes renting ski clothes and equipment, and the booking the ski instructor… our stay in Megeve was amazing and unforgettable it was my first time to try the skiing and definitely I will come back again… Regarding to the rooms, the rooms were very nice decorated, clean , and comfortable. when you stay at this hotel you feel that you are to your second home with more special services that makes your stay unforgettable.. also I want to thank Jordan (am not sure if I spelled his name correctly) but he was in the front disk always smiling , he showed us the chalets which were very nice and big and perfect for families , so that we can stay at one of them in the next visit to Megeve.. and I will not forget to mention that the hotel provided us a free transfer service to the ski lifts, while the hotel location is perfect in the middle of Megeve beautiful downtown.. I definitely recommend people to stay at this hotel if they want to experience a nice ski holiday..

This place exceeded my expectations! It was such a peaceful and relaxing escape. The hotel staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The restaurants were delicious (best food we have had in France)! The views were unmatched! The fact that we had breakfast and parking included in our price made the stay have even more value!
