Really enjoyed our stay here. The team were friendly and always helpful, which made everything run smoothly. Our room was comfortable and well kept, and we were happy with the quality of the food throughout our visit. There’s a good mix of facilities too, with a pool, spa area, and a games room that kept us entertained. The bar and restaurant were nice places to unwind in the evenings. Overall, a relaxing break and good value.

Location was ok but a bit closer to the town centre would have been better. Loved the indoor pool and the cleanliness of the hotel was the best I've seen.

Location convenient, the Central Gardens park, the beach and downtown all easily accessible by foot. Staff friendly. We would stay again.

We stayed in the sister hotel, Suncliff hotel next door due to issues at the ocean beach hotel and spa. I was given enough notice that our booking was going to be the sister hotel and it did not disappoint, bed was comfortable and room was clean and was good value for money for what we wanted in a room. Bathroom was very specious.

We absolutely love this hotel.It is great for couples or families.We had a seafront room and it was very spacious.Staff are amazing and the restaurant is excellent.

Clean, modern and well equipped apartment. A tad pricey but I have to say that it was worth the money.

Modern comfort in the lodge rooms- clean, modern bathroom, well equipped bedroom and quiet. Lovely health club facilities- large gym and great size pool, staff were very helpful and friendly and good choice of breakfast items. Will definitely return and stay longer

Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. There is nothing that needs changing. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return in the future.

I usually don’t return to the same place twice, but this hotel has definitely won our hearts, and we’ve already stayed here three times. Of course, the rooms with an ocean view are the cherry on top, but even if you’re not ready to pay extra, you can still enjoy your stay in a more standard room without a special view. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are regularly cleaned. The room has everything you need – tea, a kettle, and coffee. Besides offering breakfast, which has a wide variety of options, the hotel also provides lunch or dinner. The food is delicious, and if you decide to spend your vacation at the hotel, you won’t regret it. The atmosphere is always festive due to the many events that take place. The little bar on the ground floor is very cozy and is the perfect way to end the day. The pool is great and warm, which is a plus if you have kids. When it’s sunny, it’s best to grab a sun lounger early. Right across from the hotel, there’s a fascinating house museum where you can easily spend hours. Close to the pier and the high street.
