Friendly staff and great facilities

My room was very comfortable in a quiet location. There was a kettle with plenty of tea and coffee every day. I loved the in door swimming pool.

The welcoming staff, the gorgeous room and all the facilities. We had a fabulous mini break.

Very comfortable though it needs some uplift in the downstairs area.

We stayed in the sister hotel, Suncliff hotel next door due to issues at the ocean beach hotel and spa. I was given enough notice that our booking was going to be the sister hotel and it did not disappoint, bed was comfortable and room was clean and was good value for money for what we wanted in a room. Bathroom was very specious.

Located in a quiet and beautiful area of Bournemouth within easy reach of the town centre. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable with well designed bathrooms which were sparkling clean. The leisure facilities were outstanding and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

I usually don’t return to the same place twice, but this hotel has definitely won our hearts, and we’ve already stayed here three times. Of course, the rooms with an ocean view are the cherry on top, but even if you’re not ready to pay extra, you can still enjoy your stay in a more standard room without a special view. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are regularly cleaned. The room has everything you need – tea, a kettle, and coffee. Besides offering breakfast, which has a wide variety of options, the hotel also provides lunch or dinner. The food is delicious, and if you decide to spend your vacation at the hotel, you won’t regret it. The atmosphere is always festive due to the many events that take place. The little bar on the ground floor is very cozy and is the perfect way to end the day. The pool is great and warm, which is a plus if you have kids. When it’s sunny, it’s best to grab a sun lounger early. Right across from the hotel, there’s a fascinating house museum where you can easily spend hours. Close to the pier and the high street.
