Really enjoyed our stay here. The team were friendly and always helpful, which made everything run smoothly. Our room was comfortable and well kept, and we were happy with the quality of the food throughout our visit. There’s a good mix of facilities too, with a pool, spa area, and a games room that kept us entertained. The bar and restaurant were nice places to unwind in the evenings. Overall, a relaxing break and good value.

Location, view, staff, parking everything

The staff at the Hop Inn were really helpful and pleasant. The food at the Hop Inn was very good, a good choice on the menu. Also i had read a few previous reviews where the food was described as not of good quality and i can honestly say this is not a true reflection, the vegetables served were fresh and not frozen, tje Sunday Roast was good too.

Location convenient, the Central Gardens park, the beach and downtown all easily accessible by foot. Staff friendly. We would stay again.

I usually don’t return to the same place twice, but this hotel has definitely won our hearts, and we’ve already stayed here three times. Of course, the rooms with an ocean view are the cherry on top, but even if you’re not ready to pay extra, you can still enjoy your stay in a more standard room without a special view. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are regularly cleaned. The room has everything you need – tea, a kettle, and coffee. Besides offering breakfast, which has a wide variety of options, the hotel also provides lunch or dinner. The food is delicious, and if you decide to spend your vacation at the hotel, you won’t regret it. The atmosphere is always festive due to the many events that take place. The little bar on the ground floor is very cozy and is the perfect way to end the day. The pool is great and warm, which is a plus if you have kids. When it’s sunny, it’s best to grab a sun lounger early. Right across from the hotel, there’s a fascinating house museum where you can easily spend hours. Close to the pier and the high street.

Friendly staff good location nice hotel rooms for a cheap price

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was huge and had the nicest view. The food at the restaurant was amazing and the bar was lovely! The BIC is literally across the road which is the reason we booked this hotel but I cant wait to stay again.

We stayed for one night to attend a concert nearby, and it couldn’t have been better. The room was spotless and perfectly sized, with a beautiful sea view that made our short stay feel special. The bed was super cozy and comfortable — exactly what we needed after a long evening out. The room was nicely heated too, which was great considering the cold weather. Everything felt well thought out and welcoming. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!
