The staff are excellent. Particular mention for Sandy serving breakfast who is always good natured and helpful. The reception manager was also excellent in dealing with a noise problem from a guest. Room comfortable, breakfast excellent and plentiful. Plenty of parking and good location for our trip.

This hotel is absolutely designed for anyone to have one of the best travel experiences while in Suffolk! A very cosy and comfortable Kingsize bed gives you an extremely good night sleep. And when you sleep with your windows wide open as I do, waking up in the morning to the birds chirping in the trees outside was an extra bonus. The cleanliness of all areas of the hotel was and is impressive to say the least, starting with your own bathroom as well as the rest of the premises. The Spa/Pool area was actually one of the best I’ve ever experienced during my travels!!! Breakfast was as delicious as advertised and staff was truly wonderful in assisting me because of my mobility issues. This is a place where you can see a team at work and all ready to go the extra mile to make a visitor welcome in every single way. A HUGE shoutout to Darren at reception who was extremely supportive upon arriving late at night, coming back from a concert, he was literally my life saver!!! Top marks all around and I will certainly recommend this hotel to everyone. Value for money is excellent!!! Fantastic stay overall and if I ever come back to Ipswich, I will definitely stay here again!

I have a very stressful life and found total relaxation at your hotel. The room was just great, the food was excellent and the staff were excellent too. The whole experience was perfect, unfortunately only had one night, however we intend to come back for a little longer.

Rooms were beautifully decorated.. ( sky tv complimentary water etc) staff so lovely & helpful There is a courtesy car which can take you to and from the other restaurants ie Milsoms & Talbooth … If you don’t want the continental breakfast which is offered here you can go to Milsoms for a cooked full English which is excellent. ( lots if choice on Milsoms menu) we love the spa here which is amazing
