Friendly, exceptional staff, very helpful. Beautiful view of the ocean. Decent parking. Close enough to Tumon by car or bus, but far enough away not to deal with the hustle and bustle of crowds. The buffet was delicious, and even behind peak hours service felt swift. The complimentary tea time was equally splendid. The welcome gits were also a wonderful touch, which my girlfriend and I enjoyed immensely.

The breakfast buffet, top notch. Staff at Palm Cafe super nice, 5 star! Hotel and Palm Cafe overlook the beach. Room very nice with balcony on the 8th floor. The Dusit is really (2) hotels connected by Dusit Plaza. This is a block long shopping mall where any of the stores and restaurants can be accessed without going outside. Parking is the same. Access the multilevel parking area common to both hotels is thru Dusit Plaza. This is especially nice when temperatures outside are high. I can't leave out the staff that did room cleaning. They were very nice.

The hotel offers the most breathtaking sea view I've ever seen! The beach is incredibly clean and the water is crystal clear. Waking up every morning to that stunning view was a dream. The rooms are spacious and spotless — honestly, the entire stay exceeded my expectations The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially when they found out we had come all the way from Bahrain they went out of their way to make us feel at home.     The breakfast buffet is great. Added bonus the Aqua Park free entry. In the evening a 30 mins walk (or a short taxi ride) can take you to the an Outlet with several places in and around where to eat. The pool dinner/party organized on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday is enjoyable and fun, definitely worthy to participate at least once.

    We had the two bedroom condo. The size is great, like a small apartment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. We had a great view. Not the best beach to swim in but we did enjoy walking along the beach. The pool is nice. The price was great for the size and would consider staying here again. Staff was great! There is a small convenience store in the lobby.
