The lady at the desk during check-in was very friendly. also, when we got to our villa, one of the air conditioners would not turn on. The hotel was very prompt in responding and got it working quickly. Excellent service.

This is a good budget friendly option, you get what you pay for, don't expect luxury but it offers all you need for an acceptable stay. Thelma is a great host, she got us all what we needed, you can get breakfast and pay access to the water park which is not bad, great for kids.

I booked last minute, as I would land around midnight in XPL and didn't want to travel to Tegucigalpa during the night. The hotel staff was very responsive. They organized airport pick-up for me at no additional cost. The staff is friendly and helpful.
