Absolutely stunning property. The location is very quiet and you can easily relax all day long. Also the property has a beautiful view but is not far away from the beach and marina. The equipment (stove & bathroom furniture) is from the brands “Bosch” and “Villery and Boch” so it is very high quality.

The location is truly breathtaking. The villa one of a handful in a row of mansions from the Austro Hungarian era along the Lungomare Coastal Promenade. There are not that many properties along this stretch of the Kvarner Riviera, and the experience of staying right there is truly amazing. To make the experience even better, Vieko (that might be misspelled), the former business executive and now owner do the property has lovingly managed the villa as a labour of love. Heads up: if your ideal vacation is staying at the Ritz in Paris or the Four Seasons in Tokyo, this is not your place. It’s unique and bohemian and the walls are decorated with Vieko’s paintings.
