Excellent Staff. Very friendly and helping. Perfect location. To name a few staff Matej, Anita, I guess they were doing the best live counter Omelett. Peter for the very comfortable and quick room checkin.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Peaceful, away from the crowds, with a beautiful view, a pool, fresh air, and birdsong in the morning. Absolutely recommended.

Excellent location, great pool area, amazing beach and beach access.

Everything was just as it should be. Check in was pleasant, even though reception staff had to check in 2 tour busses before me, but they were very fast and professional. Room was Suite with Balcony, bedroom, living room with sofa bed, 2 toilets, 2 balconies facing the beach, so close you can hear waves splashing. Spacious bathroom and shower. Pool area was very nice. Lots of beds and umbrellas. Public beach was just down the set of stairs so you have option to stay within pool area, and walk down to the sea when you feel like swimming. There is also a bar at the pool area, and another just inside the reception. Food was excellent. Breakfast, standard fare. Lunch and dinner excellent selection, no repeats whole week we were there. Pizza oven, salad bar, fruits, ice cream and sweet table. Hotel has indoor pool and gym which we didn't use. But most important are the staff. Always with a smile and ready to help.

Staff behaviour, location and the “hot tub”!

We loved this property. There are so many amazing things about it. The drive up is a bit challenging but it is so worth it. Incredible views of the Adriatic with a stunning pool, really nice restaurant and immense rooms. The quality of the build stands out in every aspect. If you get a chance to speak with the owner, Srdjan, it’s worth getting to know him as he’s got an interesting story as to why he built this beautiful hotel where he did. His right hand man, Roby is kind and helpful and is there for your every traveling need. In fact all the staff we met were amazing. The chef at the restaurant made excellent dishes with standout breakfast that allowed us to start the day right.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Nolandia in Podgora. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa itself is beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully prepared to make the stay comfortable and relaxing. The views are breathtaking—waking up to the Adriatic Sea right outside your window feels like a dream. The location is perfect: close enough to the charming town of Podgora to enjoy restaurants, beaches, and local culture, yet peaceful and private for complete relaxation. The outdoor area, with its pool and lounging space, was a highlight—ideal for enjoying sunsets and spending time with family and friends. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always available for questions and making sure everything was perfect throughout the stay. Their hospitality made the experience feel personal and special. I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Nolandia to anyone visiting Podgora or the Dalmatian coast. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, a luxurious family holiday, or a memorable spot to gather with friends, this villa is an absolute gem. I can’t wait to return!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT – A GEM IN PODGORA! From the moment we arrived at Villa Ana, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa is spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and located in a peaceful area just a short drive from the beach. We felt welcomed like family—our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. The view? Breathtaking. The atmosphere? Serene. It was the ideal place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic coast. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We travel often—and rarely do we feel this level of comfort and satisfaction. Villa Ana is a true 10/10, and we will absolutely be back. Highly recommended to anyone who values peace, quality.
