Great communication from the owner, including very specific (and welcome) instructions on how to operate doors and switches not to mess with. The unit is very nice, with comfy beds and a wonderful kitchen setup. If I could give it 100 stars, I would. If you are wandering Croatia, wander this direction!

The pool was beautiful and lit up at night, which was amazing. Each room had its own air-conditioning and double bed which was comfortable. The home had a dishwasher and washing machine, which was also useful.

Good location for a overnight stop. Very cute and quaint town, likely a lot more lively during high tourist season. Apartment was new, clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive

The house is really excellent, well kept, a nice clean apartment and pool. We had a great time with the kids and appreciated the chance to use the swimming pool after check out. We didn't expect much because the photos of the inside of the apartment really don't do this property justice, and were pleasantly surprised :)

Beautiful, new hotel with gorgeous views of the old city of Zadar. The location is convenient to the old city by boatman (the boatmen of Zadar are a famous feature of the city), but less convenient by foot. It's not terrible by foot, but you have to like walking. There isn't much around the hotel, unfortunately, in terms of other restaurants or services, but there are some lovely villas and the views cannot be beat. For cafes and such, you really have to go into the old city. The restaurant in the hotel is very good, and the staff are all extremely professional and very helpful. The bed, pillows, linens and towels are all great, and the pool area wonderful.
