This was probably the most pleasant hotel stay of my life. The breakfast is absolutely amazing – they will prepare anything you want, exactly the way you like it. The whole team is incredibly kind and attentive; they constantly check in, asking how your day was and whether everything is okay, which makes you feel genuinely cared for. We are vegans, and every single dish could be prepared in a fully vegan version without any problem – that was truly impressive and very much appreciated. Despite being a fairly luxurious place, the atmosphere is very relaxed and easygoing. There was an amazing evening with live singing that created a wonderful vibe. The pools are fantastic, the rooms are beautiful, stylish, and extremely comfortable. Special thanks to Mady, who I played billiards with — he is an awesome guy: super helpful, kind, and at the same time very professional. Truly a great person to have on the team 🙂 Highly recommended — we would come back without hesitation.

The staff were so nice, greeted us every morning and night with a smile. The rooms are with a great design and everything was so convenient. The pool was so beautiful and refreshing, with an amazing bar near it full of options.

really like this hotel, besides the beautiful view, the staff are friendly. I suggest that if you want to go on holiday to Lombok, you should stay at the Kanalla Boutique Hotel. I am not satisfied because I only stayed here for a short time. Next year I will stay at Kanalla for longer.

We had a beautiful stay at Kumbara. It really is a little oasis in the middle of Kuta where you feel relaxed as soon as you step in of the street of busy Kuta. The location is great close to everything but away from the busy road to make it nice and quiet. The room was very clean specious and the layout well thought out. Pool area was very nice and we loved spending our time there. The hotel staff was so nice and attentive they made our stay so easy for us. Nothing was too much hustle and they organised multiple trips and transport for us which were all great on time and good value. The breakfast each morning was something to look forward to and we enjoyed everything on the menu. We had such a great time and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
