The staff were friendly and helpful, from the security, hotel Porters and house keeping personnel.

The ambience, the food, people's behaviour. I had stayed in Lemon Tree in other states, too & Lemon Tree Kolkata has maintained the same quality as well. Thank you.

I like the architecture, every angle of the property is styled uniquely, and the staffs I really liked them and they are so friendly and they were always ready to help. I would like to mention Mr. krishkana, Mr. parshib and Ms. Sunita. Starting from checkin to checkout it was really smooth and they were very kind and know every well how to make the guest feel comfortable.

A tropical paradise within Kolkata city. The experience provided is exceptional. Shout out to Priyanshu and team at the front desk, Manobi and Manisha at The Verandah and Rehman in housekeeping for making the stay memorable. Their thoughtful consideration and treatment of a family with a 1.5 year old kid made the experience unforgettable. Will visit again as a resident guest and/or restaurant patron.
