My room overlooked the river which was nice background noise and also cooling. There are lots of indoor and outdoor seating areas and endless books, so great for chilling out while acclimatising. I also arrived before 8am, and was offered complimentary breakfast after which my room was ready. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful

I loved how all the rooms open to the outdoor common area. It made you enjoy the outdoor atmosphere of the hostel. The rooftop was amazing with a great view of the mountains. The staff were always smiling and welcoming. The kitchen served amazing food and the service was quick! I loved the 8-bed dorm, it was large and clean. I will come back again!

Apart from the scenic beauty and peaceful environment, I also had a totally different experience of swimming in the streams of river Indus and playing football with the locals, thanks to Salim. Lovely food that aunty cooked and the local information that they shared, I am so grateful. Perfect host. Thanks again.
