it’s clean indeed the stuff was so helpful and kind with smiles on their faces i liked the airport transportation i rescheduled it many times and they were so helpful each time but you have to keep remind them about some showering items (gel, slippers, tooth paste ) and also extra blankets

In fact, less than two hours after checking in for a three-day stay, I was so impressed that I immediately extended my visit for five more days—and even booked an additional room!     Was excellent experience with this hotel. The location was so quite and good with near to Sami abdulrahman park which content a large area for those like to do running at early morning. The staff were so nice , friendly and very helpfull. They upgraded my reservation to free breakfast. The variety of the breakfast was excellent. Gym fully equipped with 24 hours. Closed swimming pool

    This is my 4th stay in this beautiful hotel near Golan mall.. very clean & nice rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Mr Ali in the reception & Mr Amr & Mr Ezt in the room service. The swimming pool is very clean
