1-The staff was provisional dealing with my needs.. Unfortunately I don't know the names but the manager and all the staff at the reception were so kind 2-The location is amazing as you can reach everywhere with an ease 3- several food items available at the breakfast 4- All pleaces were cleand with no remarks. 5- Room service are there for any service 6-Nowory about your car, parking area close to the hotel 7- Although the swimming pool is free but you can arrange privet booking after 10pm
