Warm welcome - although we arrived late evening, due to a delayed flight, the hosts were ready and waiting for us (after giving directions by WhatsApp) to show us to the apartment and explain the location. Great location - from here you can drive to Pisa, Lucca and Siena all within 1 hour. There is a Lidl in the local town Castelfiorentino which is just 15 mins away, which also has a train station with regular service to Florence (takes 45-50 mins) which we’d recommend as driving/parking in Florence is difficult. Perfect surroundings- for walking, exploring, wildlife (owls, deers, birds of prey) and magical Tuscan sunsets!

The house felt very genuine. A real Tuscan home away from home. Also the host Maria was very helpful and nice. Despite us arriving earlier than expected Maria helped arrange for us and the house was very tidy and in good shape. We travelled with our 1,5 year old daughter and the house was well equipped with a child seat and a bed for her as well. Also the garden where the pool was located exceeded our expectations and was good it was fenced so our little one could not go there herself. Would definitely recommend villa bounaparte to anyone wanting to have a real good family vacation in Tuscany.

The location it’s amazing, fantastic property, all brand new, everything is spotless, well equipped. BBQ and garden table with breathtaking views. Lovely hot tub to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The host both lovely, just a pleasure to meet them.

It is a great property! Newly built property with very comfortable well equipped apartments. Nicely decorated and very clean. Very nice and well maintained garden and the pool. Federico and Elisabetta are wonderful hosts. It is a perfect place to relax, recharge and visit multiple interesting towns and vineries around the property . I highly recommend it!
