Awesome location, very nice Italian experience just minutes away from Tivoli and Rome. Breakfast was delicious, and we felt right at home. Generoso was the best host ever, super friendly with a lot of knowledge about the area and other interesting subjects, we really enjoyed talking to him and his father, the wine from thier wine yards is fantastic. We will return here on our next trip to the area. Thanks again!!

We met the caretaker Maurizio in the village near the villa. He welcomed us, was really friendly, and speaks English well. Together we drove up the windy road to the top of the mountain where Maurizio showed us the house and all the facilities. The place is amazing!! Sweeping views in all directions. Towards the west of Frascati and Rome, the surrounding villages and mountains are in the other directions. We really enjoyed the home-cooked Italian meal prepared by a local chef in the villa's kitchen, delicious and inexpensive. Although it was hot, the pool is super refreshing and the light breeze on the hilltop always feels good. We enjoyed walking and exploring the 15th-century ruins on the west side of the large property.
