The lady on the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming- despite my short, balding friend being immature and trying to start a fight with my other group member, she remained professional and welcomed us into the property. Will definitely come back!

Great pool and beach access to Lake Como, great atmosphere on the beach. Spacious terrace and lovely views. All essentials provided, including dishwasher. Parking is a plus.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. The views from both balconies was amazing. A serene experience watching the sunset. Check-in was simple. Roberto was a brilliant host and went through everything with us, his advice of the local area was very welcome.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a new, very well-maintained building that also has a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The apartment has a beautiful view of the lake, is spacious, clean, and located in a quiet area. The lady who manages the apartment is very nice and helpful.

Everything was really perfect. The house is very good equipped: warm floors, all the dishes and even wine, coffee and some other nice needed stuff)) magnificent views. The owner was very polite and helpful.

The apartment is perfect. Large terrace, the views from the terrace are unforgettable. Large bed, good plumbing. The kitchen is well equipped, has everything you need for cooking and serving. It is very quiet at night, the air is fresh, you can hear the singing of birds and the noise of the lake. The best experience of a trip to Como thanks to these apartments. The owner of Luca was always in touch and ready to help. The owner came to meet us and allowed us to leave a little later, moreover, the owner's parents took us by car to the railway station. Thank you very much, it was very nice.
